Upon Leaving Ringtons
If you leave the business all of your data will be exported to a zip file and stored securely within 4 weeks of your last day of employment. You have up to 1 year from leaving the business to request this data to be sent to you. All of your data will be deleted 1 year after leaving the business to comply with GDPR law.

Notice to All Employees
The modules in your Learning Path are mandatory for your role. Each role has a specific Learning Path, which must be completed within 12 months of joining the business. As you progress, you will transition into the Ongoing Training Learning Path, which must also be completed annually.
This e-learning, alongside your initial in-person training, forms your yearly mandatory training as outlined in the Performance and Development Policy.
